Got my daughters prom dress from Utopia, and they went completely above and beyond to help her after she got a little upset due to an issue with a friend. Spent so much time finding the right dress to help her and make the experience positive and put a smile back on her face. Gorgeous dresses, and my daughters dress is amazing...couldn't thank them enough for everything they did along with the lady who alters the dresses who also put in so much time  to make sure my daughter was happy. Highly recommend Utopia, 12 weeks to go before I get married and they had my dream dress in stock off the peg, the ladies were very helpful that have all the time in the world for you and want to make sure you get the dress you dream off, the ladies made me feel so comfortable, they are full of knowledge, very helpful, honest and make sure you don’t rush into anything, i also spoke to the lady that does the dress alterations and she was very helpful, very thorough, told me exactly what could be done, and the time frame and she made sure she had enough time to do everything to the highest standard can’t recommend Utopia enough 😘🥰

With 5 weeks to go till my big day I found myself with no dress (long story) however I called utopia in a panic, they booked me an appointment in a very short space of time, I was feeling very body conscious and stressed when I went in, both ladies had nothing but time for myself, went in there thinking I would never be able to find a dress let alone the most stunning dress I have ever seen and a vail that I said I would never have on my wedding day🤣  I said yes to the dress, they put my mind at ease would recommend for anyone looking for that 1 dress!!

I took my daughter Prom Dress Shopping at Utopia last night. The selection of dresses is huge, something for everyone’s taste. My daughter is very indecisive and the appointment lasted longer than I expected but we never felt under any pressure to make a decision or that we had been there too long. My daughter finally found her perfect Prom Dress at a very affordable price (great for me 😆). The whole experience was great and I can’t recommend Utopia enough. It was a real one to one experience that made my daughter feel very special. The added bonus is that alterations are also done at Utopia so no worries about finding someone else.
